Parish Church of Child's Hill

Welcome to All Saints’

All Saints’ is the parish church at the heart of Child’s Hill in NW2. We are an inclusive community where all are welcome regardless of who you are. As a congregation we reflect the wide range of social and ethnic backgrounds which make up the rich diversity of London. We come together weekly to support each other as we grow in our relationship with God through prayer, friendship, and fun. The Church is an oasis of serenity in the midst of the bustle of three major roads (the Finchley Road, Cricklewood Lane and The Hendon Way). If you would like to take a moment for reflection, prayer, or to shelter from the storms of the world outside, do come in and enjoy this sacred space.

The building is open from Monday to Thursday, 9.30am to 6pm.

Sunday Worship

8am Said Eucharist
10am Parish Eucharist

Sunday School

Every Sunday at 10am in Church Hall (not during school holidays). The children’s activities take place in the Church hall and then they join the Church Service for a blessing. Under 3-years-olds must be accompanied.

Services

Our services have their roots in the Catholic Tradition of the Church of England. They are contemporary and engaging. The services (the music, the preaching, the prayers, and the Eucharist) are designed to help us celebrate life, to comfort us where we hurt, and to challenge us where we have grown complacent.

Church Walk Development Information Evening

Residents meeting and Q&A – Wednesday 6th June from 5:30pm to 7:30pm

Northvale Construction has recently written to local residents regarding the Church Walk House Development. They write:

‘We are pleased to advise you tat we are the appointed Building Contractor to carry out the construction work for the above address. The project involves the construction of a two and three storey building made up of 31 new apartments over an underground carpark and four attached town houses including external landscaping. The building work is scheduled to start from the 4th June 2018 and completion is scheduled for December 2019.’

Northvale goes on to apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused and to outline the schedule for construction. Finally they call the meeting for residents on the 6th June between 5:30pm and 7:30pm at All Saints’ Church, which they will be hosting along with the developer Goldenstone Development.

‘This is an opportunity for residents to ask us questions about the works and for us to explain more detail about the project. Please feel free to pop in on the 6th and we look forward to seeing as many of you as possible.’
